Yellow greenish color, covered by a grey sheen-smoke tint, delicate fruity aromas with the flinty flavors coming from the soil. Very elegant in the mouth with light flavors of white flowers and white peach. Will perfectly match with Asparagus Tart, Red Tuna Carpaccio, Braised Ham with Spinach, Chicken in Cream Sauce, Grilled Lobster with Lemon Olive Oil, Grilled Salmon Steak with Hollandaise Sauce, and of course with most cheese and seafood.
