Aged in oak barrels for 18 months. Deeply golden, lovely quince, pear and orange flavors. The spices, clove and cinnamon linger. Good acidity with a little botrytis spiced-orange-treacle. Excellent as an aperitif with a handful of walnuts or with starters and all types of cheeses
