Nose - Lavender, maple butter and white pepper. Muesli, cookie dough ice-cream and something vaguely hoppy.

Palate - Toasted teacakes with butter, chamomile, licorice, lemonade and honey. A little clove.

Finish - Medium, with caramel and spice
