Vignerons de Mancey Pinot Noir - France (750mL x 12)
FCB252Les Vignerons de Mancey (the winemakers of Mancey) is a cooperative in the region of Burgundy (Bourgogne) and the terroir of the Mâconnais, which is popular for its famous Burgundy wines.
The cooperative was founded in 1929 and is committed to promoting its members’ terroirs and famous Burgundy grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Aligoté, and Gamay! Les Vignerons de Mancey is relatively small and produces boutique vintages, representative of the soils, the winegrowers, and traditional methods of viticulture.
Associated with Independent Winegrowers from all over Burgundy, the coop’s members represent more than 85 appellations. Each plot has a very different identity based on the diversity of the soils. The entire Burgundy region supports 100 appellations including regional, communal, and villages, plus Cru and Grand Cru appellations.
Made from the famous Burgundy speciality, the PINOT NOIR grape, this wine is elegant, delicate and fruity. It can be "Classique", fresh, fruity and easy-to-drink; it can be a "Cuvée spéciale", from old vines and aged in barrels for one year; or it can be serious and full-bodied, "Essentielle", the result of a meticulous selection of the best terroirs where the producers have had to respect stringent vineyard management specifications. Through each of its wines, the Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a faithful ambassador for a region envied around the world.
