Nice pale gold-color with brilliant bright green hints, intense and fresh nose of citrus, rhubarb and fern with very delicate mineral notes. Very subtle and long mouth white peach, plum, white flowers and citrus aromas. Will be perfect with most fishes and seafood, white meats, and cheeses. Best served at 46-50º F.
