The Pisco Acholado Soldeica is a result of careful selection of specific varieties of grapes, such as Quebranta, Italia and Torontel. The grapes are picked cluster by cluster in equal amounts to obtain the must. After fermentation it is transferred to our stills for distillation where the exquisite Pisco Acholado Soldeica is attained, preserving its distinctive characteristics of aroma, body and flavor
