PINOT GRIS
Delicate, pale straw gold color. A strongly aromatic. perfumed nose with aromas of ripe pear and honeysuckle. The palate is full and lush with ripe fruit flavors counter balanced by a soft phenolic structure imparting a sense of opulence. Apple, custard and quince flavors with a touch of ginger provide an exciting combination of tastes provide a long finish on the palate. Pairs well with lightly spiced Asian food - Thai fish cakes or crispy Thai pork and vegetables rolls would both make great matches.
