The dress is of a brilliant ruby. The bouquet expresses notes of red berries as the currant and notes of blackcurrant, raised by some nuances of tobacco. In the mouth tannins are round and wrapped. Pairs well with marinaded games, for the spicy dishes and for the refined cheeses. Best served at 60° F.
